Welcome to Pepe Poker Club, a private poker community hosted on the ClubGG app. By joining and participating in our club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Club Platform & Legal Disclaimer

Pepe Poker Club operates exclusively on the ClubGG platform, which is owned and managed by GG Poker. We do not own or operate ClubGG. All gameplay occurs on ClubGG’s servers and is governed by their terms of service, privacy policy, and community guidelines.

  • NO REAL MONEY GAMBLING. Pepe Poker Club does not offer or facilitate any form of real-money wagering or cash prizes. All games are for entertainment purposes only and use virtual chips provided by the ClubGG app.

  • ClubGG may require users to purchase a monthly subscription to access its platform, but Pepe Poker Club does not profit from these subscriptions.

Eligibility

To join Pepe Poker Club, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

  • Have a valid ClubGG account in good standing.

  • Agree to abide by both these Terms and ClubGG’s Terms of Service.

  • Be referred or invited by an existing member (we are a referral-only club).

Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to decline membership for any reason at our sole discretion.

You must not:

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from PepePokerClub.com

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from PepePokerClub.com

  • Redistribute content from PepePokerClub.com

Membership Rules

  • All members must treat each other with respect and maintain a positive, sportsmanlike attitude.

  • Harassment, abusive language, cheating, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from the club.

  • Players must not use multiple ClubGG accounts or attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

  • Club owners and managers have the final say on club matters, including tournament formats, rule enforcement, and membership decisions.

Communication & Community Guidelines

Pepe Poker Club currently uses a private Facebook group chat and Telegram channel to communicate with members. By participating, you agree not to:

  • Post offensive, spammy, or irrelevant content.

  • Share personal or sensitive information about other members.

  • Solicit or advertise products, services, or other clubs without approval.

Admins reserve the right to remove any content or member that violates these guidelines.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Club Management & Operations

Pepe Poker Club is independently managed by private individuals and is not affiliated with ClubGG, GG Poker, or any licensed casino operator. The club is run for entertainment and community purposes only. Tournament structures, club policies, and rules may change at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify members of such updates.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in Pepe Poker Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The club is provided “as is” and “as available” with no guarantees.

  • We are not liable for any losses, errors, technical issues, or gameplay disputes that occur within the ClubGG platform.

  • You play at your own risk and agree to indemnify the club owners and admins from any and all claims arising out of your participation.
